Returns

 

You’re entitled to an refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

To return an item, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it arrived damaged, defective or there was an error on our part. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns are not accepted if:

• If an item is a custom made

• If an item has been used 

• If a belt has been made in a custom size

• We will refund the amount of your purchase once we have reviewed the item. Reimbursements are only possible to the same credit card or pay account used for purchase. 

 

 

Shipping

 

Shipping to foreign countries are delivered with GLS or Postnord, or as we choose the best carrier for shipping to your country. If you have any special wishes, let us know. 

 

Please remember that custom clearance and local taxes and fees are at your own expense.
